Horrible slum lords. They are ruining communities across middle tn. They do nothing to improve the look of their houses. You can spot a linda Dillon house from a mile away. It will be the worst looking house on the block. They do not screen their tenants. I have lived next to drug dealers, convicted felons. They could care less if they rent to a murder, a pedophile or a rapist as long as they get their money. As if that isn't bad enough their tenants plus being criminals never mow their yards let their pit bulls run loose and attack other people and dogs. These slum lords seem to be going for , let's see how bad we can make Murfreesboro motif. They're doing a great job of ruining communities!
